Labs with a doctor consultation have a fee of $200, but for a short time only, we have discounted it to $150. Compare the list of labs and pricing we perform with other TRT/HRT clinics. You will receive a more extensive lab evaluation with Innovation Medical Center before your hormone optimization therapy begins.

If you and your doctor decide that hormone optimization therapy is your best option, the monthly membership price will be $125, including one medication and one support medication if needed. An example for men would be testosterone optimization therapy plus an estrogen blocker (if needed) with supplies such as needles and syringes. You also have the option of topical gels or creams (at an additional cost); the choice is yours. Most men who are looking for TRT are aware of the common side effect of testicular shrinkage. The doctor can give you a prescription for the brand name HCG that can mitigate this effect. Brand name HCG is typically available at your local pharmacy, and it is not included in the membership fee. For pre-menopausal women, this would consist of testosterone injection plus oral progesterone or testosterone cream at an additional cost. For post-menopausal women, the plan would include oral estradiol plus progesterone or estradiol in cream with or without testosterone (cream or injectable) at an additional cost.

We also offer Follow-up lab work (different than initial labs) that is included at 3 and 12 months. Depending on your symptoms, additional labs may be ordered to adjust your personalized treatment plan. Lab results will be discussed with your doctor at Innovation Medical Center along with any concerns or changes to your treatment. Follow-up consults (also included) can be via phone call or a telemedicine visit.

As a complement to your evaluation additional labs can be ordered for a discounted price such as:

• HgbA1C: looks at an “average” of your blood sugar levels in the past 3 months and gives you an idea of your risk for diabetes.
• DHEA-S: Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a hormone produced by both men and women in the adrenal glands. Low levels can cause fatigue, low energy levels, poor sense of well-being. People with type 2 diabetes and on insulin tend to have low levels.
• Lipid profile: Looks at all the components of lipids such as total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and VLDL. Elevated levels can put you at risk for heart disease.
• TSH with free T4 and free T3: Thyroid optimization protects against cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cognitive impairment, fatigue, weight gain, increased cholesterol, and memory loss.
